Booking Confirmed
Within 24 hours of signing, you receive a countersigned contract and reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days. If we miss a confirmation, you keep your deposit and walk, no cancellation fee.
Owner On Call
The owner's direct cell number is posted inside the trailer and included in your contract. If anything goes wrong during your event, you speak with the person responsible, not a dispatcher.
Climate Focus
Arizona heat is our priority. Every event gets a pre-arrival AC run-up, insulated interior walls, and a 13,500 BTU climate system sized for our single trailer, not fleet-averaged.
Why we can afford to write this down.
We run one trailer. Every event gets inspected personally, cooled hours early, and signed off by an owner before your guests arrive. A 30-unit national operator can't say the same, and most of them don't try.
