Two owners. One trailer. A Tempe story.
Anthony Payne and Rebbecca Mayo, the couple behind Arizona's newest luxury restroom trailer service.
Two people building their own way out.
We're Anthony Payne and Rebbecca Mayo, two people who decided that working toward someone else's dream was no longer the plan. Level Up Lavatories is what happens when you stop waiting for permission and start building the thing you wish existed.
We saw a gap in Arizona's event industry. Stunning venues, talented planners, beautiful florals, and then restroom options that quietly undid everything the rest of the day got right. We knew it could be better. So we bet on ourselves to prove it.
We chose to start with one trailer, a Lang Pro Series XL, the same unit the top-rated operators in the country run, because we believe doing one thing at a very high level beats doing many things adequately. Every detail, every delivery, every guest experience has our full attention. Not a portion of it.
This is a two-owner business by design. One of our names is on every booking. One of us is on site for every event. Building something of our own meant building it the right way, and that starts with the two people who signed for it.
Two people answering your inquiry.
No call center. No sales team. When you email us, one of us is writing back, usually within the hour.
Anthony Payne
Co-FounderTired of building someone else's vision, Anthony decided to build his own. He leads operations with the simple belief that showing up personally, every event, every time, is what separates a business you trust from a business you settle for.
Rebbecca Mayo
Co-FounderRebbecca left the predictable path to build something with her name on it. She leads client experience with the conviction that every bride, planner, and host deserves to be treated the way they would treat their own guests.
You'll meet us in person at your walkthrough, and one of us will be on site for your event, every time.
The person answering for your event day.
Behind every clean trailer and on-time delivery is one person who owns the outcome, start to finish.
Jake Engler
Operations ManagerJake runs operations the way you'd want someone running your event: personally accountable, on the phone, on the ground, on time. He leads customer service and growth with the standard that no detail is too small to verify and no problem is someone else's to solve. When you book Level Up, Jake's name goes on your day, and he treats it that way.
Jake is reachable directly the week of your event. You'll have his number before the trailer leaves the shop.
What "level up" actually means.
Guest-first design.
Upgraded interiors, marble vanity tops, wood-framed mirrors, warm pendant lighting, hardwood-look flooring. Every detail chosen for how a guest feels walking in.
Engineered for heat.
13,500 BTU AC, insulated walls, pre-event cool-down. We test climate control before every delivery, Arizona heat is our priority, not an afterthought.
Small enough to care.
One trailer. A team of three. No call center. When you book with Level Up, the person you speak with is the person accountable for your event.
Come see the trailer in person.
Planners and couples are welcome to visit our Tempe yard and tour the trailer before booking. No pressure, no hard sell. Just bring your questions.
